Douglas Tennis - Boys

Eligibility Requirements

  1. Students wanting to play a sport must have 2 or more credits and a 2.0 GPA or better from the previous semester to be eligible to play any sport.
  2. Completed registration on line at (RMA) RegisterMyAthlete is required each school year in order to participate. Physicals are required every 2 years from the date of last physical if without injury.
  3. Student and at least one parent must view the Drug Alcohol Presentation once during the high school career in order to participate in DHS Sports. This presentation is now online via the Douglas High Web Site.

FALL 2018 sports eligibility will be determined by the athlete’s 2nd semester grades from the 2017-2018 school year ending June 2018.

PAPER ATHLETIC PACKETS ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED BY DOUGLAS HIGH.

Transportation Release Form is now online! Just click, type, print and sign. Parents need to complete this form online, one form for each game date/location, kept by the parent, to be given to the coach only on the day of that game.
