DCSD Welcomes New Chief Financial Officer
DCSD is pleased to welcome Terri Willoughby as the district's new Chief Financial Officer.
With decades of experience in public sector finance, including serving as CFO for Douglas County, Willoughby brings extensive expertise in budgeting, financial planning, transparency, and operational leadership.
