INTERESTED IN PLAYING BOYS SOCCER???
BOYS SOCCER is starting pre-season workouts on the soccer field Wednesdays and Fridays 3-4:30pm starting March 19^th.  Please complete a yellow pre-season form to bring to the first practice.

FREE SPORTS PHYSICAL NIGHT
TUESDAY, MAY 13, 2025 4:30-6:30pm
Interested in doing a sport next school year?  You will need a new sports physical with an exam date after May 13th.   Dr. Kyle Swanson and his staff from Tahoe Orthopedics & Sports Medicine will offer free sports physicals for incoming 8th grade students through seniors.  Mark your calendars for Tuesday, May 13th from 4:30-6:30pm in the Douglas High Commons.    Students must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.  Prior to the physical night, make sure the student has a 2025-26 account on  Aktivate.  In addition, please bring the completed NIAA HISTORY form (blue or black ink) with you.   NIAA forms can be found on the Athletics web page of the DHS Website or outside the Tiger Cage.
