AKTIVATE IS NOW OPEN FOR ALL SEASONS OF
2026-27 SPORTS!
Tryout Week Reminders:
Tryout clinics begin Monday, April 13th at 3:30. Please arrive at least 10 mins early as the check in process can be lengthy. You will not be able to participate in tryout clinics without an "Off season conditioning form" complete with insurance information, as well as your teacher recommendations.
Mandatory in person tryouts will be Friday, April 17th beginning at 10am. In order to tryout, you will need to provide a completed physical form (found at the Tiger Cage or online). Coaches will have the roster posted by 5pm that evening.
Parents: I apologize for the short notice regarding physicals. The NIAA has given us very little guidance. So much so, they will not be opening Aktivate until May. To ensure your athletes safety, we will not allow them to tryout without insurance information (on the off season conditioning form), and a completed physical. Please advise, Aktivate will be a requirement to participate with Douglas High Cheer. It will open in May and all athletes will be required to pay a $35 ASB fee and complete the process. Again, if your child makes the team in April, but fails to complete their Aktivate, they will be unable to participate in Douglas High Cheer.
