Any students interested in participating
in a winter sport must register in Aktivte.
It is currently open and will close on November 3rd. You will be unable to participate without a current physical and completed registration.

New Sports Physical Forms and Medical History Forms

NIAA has updated the Sports Physical and Medical History forms as well as the process for filing these. Our old forms will no longer be accepted. Effective Immediately, all athletes must have a NEW physical, even if they had one in the last year.  Make sure you take the New NIAA History Form, New NIAA Physical Form and Medical Eligibility Form with you to your appointment.
