Daily Announcements - Good morning Douglas High! Today is Thursday, November 6th!!

Feeling stressed!  Come on down to the HOSA table today and SHRED YOUR STRESS!  Take a free stress ball too!  HOSA members - tomorrow we meet in Room 230 for a potluck lunch and Healthcare Trivia games with fun and fantastic prizes.  Bring something to share and a friend too!  

The NFL Pick’em Club winner for Week 9 is Dane Piazza with 11 out of 14 correct picks! Colt Tietje takes over the season lead again after Anthony Kitzmiller held it last week. Colt has 92 wins on the season. Many players are within position to take the lead! This has been our most competitive year ever! Check out the standings in Google Classroom. Get your picks in by Thursday. Good luck to all!

Attention students interested in going to the Douglas Football playoff game at Spanish Springs this Friday November 7th at 6pm, tickets will need to be purchased through Hometown Ticketing. There is a link to buy tickets on the DHS website under the athletics tab. Please see the Tiger Cage if you have any questions.

If you took the ASVAB before the break, the scores are in! There will be a test interpretation session at lunch time on Thursday, Nov 6 in the Media Center. Please come and get your score report and find out what your scores mean.

Hey Tigers, we have a NEW activity in the Library at Lunch! Each month we will have a different opportunity to craft, create, and DIY. This month’s MAKERSTATION is Thank You Cards and personalized gifts!! It’s the season of giving and we have all the supplies you need to get creative with custom cards and a beaded gift making station to express your gratitude this Thanksgiving season.
