Transcripts

To request your transcript, email dhsstudentrecords@dcsd.k12.nv.us

Be sure to include the following:

1.  Your name at the time of attendance (maiden last name)

2.  Your year of graduation

3.  Did you earn anything other than a high school diploma (Adult Diploma, GED, etc.)?  If so, please specify.

4.  What type of transcript do you need?  Unofficial or Official?

Please allow up to 24 hours for your request to be completed.  Requests are not processed during school breaks. 

*We do not keep copies of diplomas, only transcripts.
