Registration & Transcripts

Transcript Requests:

WE DO NOT KEEP COPIES OF DIPLOMAS.

To request your transcript, please email:  dhsstudentrecords@dcsd.k12.nv.us

Be sure to include the following:

1. Your name at the time of attendance (maiden last name)

2. Year of graduation

3. Did you earn anything other than a high school diploma? (adult diploma, GED, etc.)?  If so, please specify.

4. What type of transcript are you requesting? Official or Unofficial? Official transcripts must be sent in a sealed envelope only unless requested by the college or institution.

5. Where you would like the transcript sent: include the email, if applicable and/or the address of the institution.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your request to be completed. Requests are not processed during breaks.
